Welcome to SenStay. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions below. Please read carefully before making any transaction.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using SenStay's services, you confirm that you have full legal capacity and agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please stop using our service.
2. User Account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and password secure.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- SenStay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent activity or policy violations are detected.
3. Booking and Payment Process
All booking requests must be made through the SenStay system to protect the interests of both guests and hosts.
- Displayed room prices include basic taxes and fees unless otherwise noted.
- Payment must be completed according to the method and deadline specified on the system.
- Booking confirmation is only effective after SenStay sends a successful confirmation email or message.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Each room/apartment may have a different cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict) which is clearly displayed at the time of booking.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through the SenStay app or website.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the refund policy posted for each property.
- Force majeure cases will be considered by SenStay on a case-by-case basis.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Comply with homestay rules and local laws and regulations.
- Do not use the accommodation for any illegal activities (social vices, unauthorized business operations, etc.).
- Maintain property and general cleanliness. Guests must compensate for any damage to the host's property.
6. Limitation of Liability
SenStay is a platform connecting guests and hosts. We strive to ensure information quality but are not responsible for:
- Personal accidents or loss of guest property during the stay.
- Minor discrepancies between actual appearance and photos due to lighting or time factors.
- Service interruptions due to internet technical issues or scheduled system maintenance.
7. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be prioritized for resolution through negotiation between parties. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent authority in Hanoi for resolution under Vietnamese law.
