Homestay General Rules

At our Homestay, we not only provide you with an ideal place to rest but also commit to offering a safe, healthy, and friendly environment for everyone.

To ensure that everyone can enjoy their stay comfortably and peacefully, we have established a set of rules and regulations to be followed while staying at the Homestay.

1. Check-in and Check-out

Generally, check-in and check-out times at our Homestay are set based on each room and each individual booking. Upon booking, you will receive detailed information about your specific check-in and check-out times via email or Zalo.

  • If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please notify us in advance so we can arrange it promptly.
  • We will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee immediate room availability.
  • If you need to store luggage after check-out, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it.
  • We are not responsible for your personal luggage after you have checked out.

2. Security

Security is always the top priority at our Homestay.

  • Please keep your personal belongings and valuables safe.
  • Lock your room door when going out or going to sleep.
  • Do not open the door to strangers or untrusted individuals.
  • Do not leave personal belongings exposed outside the room.

3. Prohibited Substances

The use of cannabis, narcotics, or laughing gas is strictly prohibited at the Homestay. This not only protects the health of each individual but also maintains the general order of the living environment.

Violations will be dealt with strictly with fines ranging from 500,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND. We encourage you to help maintain a friendly and clean space where everyone can feel comfortable and at ease.

4. Pets

Our Homestay does not accept pets inside to avoid affecting other guests with noise or hygiene issues.

5. Homestay Property

We also hope that you will take good care of the Homestay's property. Any damage or loss will not only directly affect your experience but also make it difficult for us to manage and maintain our service quality.

  • Please inform us immediately when you discover any property issues.
  • All damage or loss will be charged accordingly.
